OLD MILON
In "Old Milon" by Guy De Maupassant, Old Milan had many traits to define him as a person. He may be defined as crazy or psychotic. I think that Old Milon’s most defining trait is his violence. He committed many violent murders to avenge his son and Father’s deaths. To start, his in first murder he cut off a cavalryman’s head with a Scythe and took his uniform. Mostly all the other murders he used a saber and revolver to kill numerous cavalrymen. At one point he actually slit the throat of a cavalryman that was already dead purely out of rage. He would just leave some of the bodies laying on the side of the road. After he got his revenge I don’t think he cared about living anymore because when he was offered mercy, he just spat in the colonel’s face.
